Experience Requirements
  • 6 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 32 to 40 years
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience
  • Proven exposure in Industrial Relations & Labour Compliance
  • Experience in handling multi-unit or complex factory operations will be an added advantage
  • High ethical standards & accountability
  • Strong command over Bangladesh Labour Law & compliance frameworks
  • Leadership presence in factory environments
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage workforce discipline & labour dynamics
