Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible for the company's engineering project bidding activities in Bangladesh, including tender information collection, bid/no-bid decision analysis, preparation of tender documents, cost estimation, pricing strategy, and subsequent follow-up and summarization after bidding.
Responsible for daily communication and liaison with relevant Bangladeshi government departments (such as BBA, RHD, etc.) to ensure the legal and compliant submission of company qualification documents, tender documents, and project application materials.
Prepare, review, and submit various legal documents required for bidding, including company credentials, tax and customs clearance certificates, and bank guarantees, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations as well as tender requirements.
Monitor and analyze the dynamics of the Bangladeshi engineering bidding market, policy changes, and competitor information to provide support for company decision-making.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
