Job Description / Responsibility

Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Garments and Textile Sector.
Strong knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law, Buyers/ Customers Code of Conduct, Safety Requirements/ Rules, Local & International Standards, etc.
Experienced in auditing/ assessment on Social/ Environmental/ Health & Safety Compliance.
Skilled in policy development & implementation.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Proficient in English.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Diploma

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
