Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and execute overall sales strategy for hotel room shares / investment units
Build, lead, and manage the sales & marketing team
Set sales targets, KPIs, commission structures, and performance monitoring systems
Drive sales through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, and corporate networks
Present hotel investment models, ROI, rental yield, and exit options to high-value clients
Manage relationships with HNIs, private investors, and institutional clients
Oversee pricing strategy, discount control, and deal approval
Coordinate with management, legal, finance, and project teams
Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market intelligence
Ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

8 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Hotel, Resort

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
Strong leadership and team-building capability
Excellent negotiation, presentation & closing skills
Sound understanding of equity investment & hospitality market
Strategic thinking with strong execution ability
Proficiency in sales planning, CRM, and reporting
Fluent communication in Bangla & English
