Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Executive – Recruitment & HRIS” for our corporate office, Located at Lotus Kamal Tower One, Nikunja-2, New Airport Road, Dhaka-1229. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Recruitment
Maintain and update recruitment status against manpower requisitions.
Maintain full recruitment process preparation job specification to onboard.
Ensure issuance of ID cards, visiting cards, and SIM cards for new and existing employees.
Coordinate factory recruitment files for management approval.
HRIS
Prepare daily attendance analysis report.
Update leave, movement, and manual attendance in ERP.
Prepare variety of reports as per requirement.
Include new employees in payroll system (ERP).
Process earned leave calculation monthly.
Check salary sheet and earned leave encashment for Head Office and Factory

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
BBA/MBA in HRM, also PGDHRM will be get preferred
User experience in ERP will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 27 to 35 years
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.
Proficiency in ERP Logic systems.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of updated labor law.
