  • Position: Telesales Executive – Study Abroad & Language Programs (4 Positions)
  • Department: Sales
  • Reports To: Telesales Team Lead / Branch Operations Manager
  • Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
  • Industry Preference: Service Sector, EdTech, Education Consultancy
  • Position Overview
  • GPEL and GAB are looking for motivated Telesales Executives to generate sales through outbound and follow-up calls. The primary responsibility of this role is to convert leads into course enrolments (GAB) and student file openings (GPEL).
  • This position is suitable for individuals who are confident communicators, target-driven, and interested in building a career in education sales.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and existing leads.
  • Provide accurate information about study abroad opportunities, language courses, and test preparation programs.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed course enrolments and file openings.
  • Maintain professional and high-quality communication over the phone.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly.

Experience Requirements
  • At most 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 20 to 45 years
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the service sector, EdTech, education, or consultancy.
  • Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and capable of closing sales over the phone.
  • Target-oriented with a strong motivation to achieve incentives.
  • Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
