Job Description / Responsibility
  • The Army Institute of Business Administration (AIBA), Savar invites applications for two (2) positions (1×Finanace and 1×BBA General) of Professor in Finance and General BBA. Candidates must meet the mentioned qualifications:

Educational Requirements
  • PhD
  • Master of Philosophy (M.Phil)
  • A Ph.D. or an MPhil and General MBA /MBA in Finance along with a four (4) year General BBA or BBA in Finance from a public university. Minimum CGPA of 3.50 on a 4.00 scale or equivalent First Class
  • The minimum GPA in both SSC and HSC examinations (or equivalent examinations) must be 4.50 on a 5.00 scale or its equivalent respectively.
  • Publications: Candidates must have at least 15 publications, of which 8 must have been published while serving as an Associate Professor.

Other Benefits
In addition to gross salary, the faculty members are also entitled with two festival allowances and a Bangla New Year allowance in a year. Other renumerations, such as for script evaluation, question paper preparation, are also applicable as per BUP policy.
