Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive team culture.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer loyalty.
Prepare reports on sales performance and operational activities for management review.
Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
