Job Description / Responsibility
- Platform Management: Facilitate and manage the "closed-loop" referral process within the UniteUs platform to connect clients with essential social and clinical services.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update sensitive client demographic information, ensuring all records are complete and maintain high data integrity.
- Referral Coordination: Monitor incoming service requests, verify client eligibility, and route referrals to the appropriate community partners or healthcare providers.
- Communication: Communicate fluently in English with various stakeholders to clarify referral details and provide status updates, ensuring a professional and empathetic experience.
- Documentation: Maintain precise digital logs of all actions taken within the platform to comply with organizational standards and data privacy protocols.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize basic computer skills and web-based applications to navigate cloud software, manage digital files, and troubleshoot basic interface issues.
- Confidentiality: Adhere strictly to privacy regulations (such as HIPAA) when handling protected health information.
Educational Requirements
- North South University,BRAC University,Daffodil International University,East West University,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
Experience Requirements
