Job Description / Responsibility

Context:
We are seeking a reliable and highly experienced Computer Operator to support our office IT operations and data management. The ideal candidate will have good basic computer skills, a fast-typing speed, and willingness to learn. This is a mid-level role with the opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate computer systems and office software (MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidates with skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be given preference
Basic knowledge of internet browsing, email correspondence, searching, collecting information, and online documentation
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of official documents
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain digital records.
Manage files and document filing (both hard copy & soft copy).
Generate and prepare simple reports as assigned.
Ensure safety, confidentiality, and integrity of data.
Maintain office discipline, punctuality, and a clean working area.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Job Requirements

Must be proficient in Bangla and English typing.
