Job Description / Responsibility

Manage and supervise all sample dyeing activities in the dyeing laboratory.
Develop and match colors according to buyer shade standards and lab dip approvals.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of lab dips, strike-offs, and sample dyeing.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams for sample development.
Monitor dyeing parameters to ensure shade accuracy and consistency.
Maintain records of dyeing formulas, chemicals, and sample approvals.
Ensure proper use of dyes, chemicals, and laboratory equipment.
Lead and train the sample dyeing team to improve efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot shade variation or dyeing issues and provide corrective actions

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 35 years
Strong knowledge of color matching, dyeing techniques, and lab processes.
Experience with reactive, disperse, and other dyeing methods (depending on fabric type).
Good communication and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
