Job Description / Responsibility
- ASA International owns and operates microfinance institutions, including deposit-taking microfinance banks, in India, Pakistan, The Philippines, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Myanmar, Zambia, and Sierra Leone. - Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using PowerBI and other BI tools to support decision making across entities.
- Perform deep dive analyses to uncover trends, actionable insights, and patterns that drive operational and strategic improvements.
- Translate business requirements from entities into analytical solutions with clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate across teams to support new data-driven projects such as Cloud DWH.
- Contribute to the improvement of data models, ETL processes, and data warehouse structures.
- Support the creation and publication of recurring analytical newsletters and insights.
- Work closely with country teams to deliver iterative dashboard improvements based on feedback.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Data Science
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, Banks, Micro-Credit
