Job Description / Responsibility

Strategic Leadership :
Develop comprehensive project plans and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and infrastructure development standards.
Financial & Resource Management :
Manage project budgets, financial planning, and project P&L.
Oversee effective resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Ensure cost control and financial efficiency throughout project execution.
Operational Oversight :
Supervise construction activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to project schedules.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Stakeholder Management :
Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with government authorities, clients, consultants, and partners.
Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders and internal teams.
Risk Management :
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure proactive problem solving to minimize project delays and operational disruptions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

15 to 24 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
