Senior Executive/Executive - Procurement

Job Description / Responsibility
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms of Pricing, Quality, Quantity.
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Overseeing and managing the inventory and the supply of goods & preparing procurement reports.
- Understanding of the local market, suppliers, contractors` requirements.
- Collect quotations from various vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain smooth supply chain management·
- Prepare plan for proper sourcing and on time delivery of required items·
- Collect price quotations, prepare comparative statement (CS) and collect approval of purchase·
- Conduct market survey in order to develop new/alternative suppliers·
- Liaise with store to ensure receiving of goods with desired quality, quantity or any other perimeters.
- Analyze costs across many different areas of the supply chain to find ways to reduce costs.
- Coordinates and executes the purchasing transactions.
- Investigates and develops sources of supplies, interprets purchasing procedures to operations and vendors for material categories.

- Age At least 26 years
- Only Male
- Experienced in the Construction business will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in the Sand Procurement Knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, dynamic leadership, self-motivated, determined and be tactful to meet the expectation of the company & capable to work under pressure.
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge about Procurement & SCM.
- Good knowledge about sanitary item, finishing material, brick & sand.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain related jobs.
- Wide travel across the country is required.
