Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct client meetings to understand structural and architectural design requirements and provide appropriate technical guidance.
- Present building design concepts, interior layouts, materials, and pricing proposals to prospective clients.
- Perform preliminary structural analysis using ETABS, STAAD Pro, CAD operators or other relevant tools where required.
- Follow up on client inquiries and convert prospects into confirmed design or project orders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation including drawings, quotations, agreements, project records, and client communication.
- Monitor project progress, ensure payment follow-ups, and regularly update clients regarding project status.
- Support business development activities by identifying potential residential projects, new clients, and market opportunities.
- Generate leads and maintain communication with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders while ensuring excellent customer service and post-sales support.
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, particularly in challenging situations.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Newspaper/Magazine, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
