Senior Architect (Building Project)

Job Description / Responsibility

Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, concepts, and design presentations.
Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
Supervise project progress and ensure design compliance during construction.
Review and approve drawings prepared by junior architects and draftsmen.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Communicate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Manage project timelines and ensure quality standards are maintained

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,BRAC University students will get preference

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements

Age 32 to 45 years
Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software.
Excellent design sense and project management capability.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
