Job Description / Responsibility

Plan, execute, and supervise plumbing & sanitary projects from start to completion.
Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
Lead and manage technicians, subcontractors, and site workers.
Conduct site inspections and maintain safety standards.
Communicate with clients and provide regular project updates.
Manage project costs, materials procurement, and inventory.
Maintain proper project documentation and progress reports.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Construction Management or related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years

Age 18 to 40 years
Only Male
Only candidates with Singapore work experience are eligible to apply
Strong knowledge of plumbing and sanitary systems.
Ability to manage site operations and lead teams effectively.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to different project sites when required.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Excellent English communication and computer proficiency.
Candidates must be physically fit and medically cleared.
