Job Description / Responsibility

Company: Unitechnique Bangladesh Position: Site Engineer Project Location: Gohira, Raozan, Chattogram
Job Responsibilities
Supervision of structural and finishing works
Preparation of material requisitions
Execution and supervision of sanitary and plumbing works as per drawings and
instructions
Monitoring and coordination of electrical installation works
Supervision of door, window, interior, and furniture-related works
Monitoring tiles fixing, plastering, and painting activities
Explaining structural and architectural drawings to masons
Preparation of work bills and measurement sheets

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 5 (five) years of practical experience in residential building construction
Expert-level practical knowledge in AutoCAD

Salary Range

Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
