Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and oversee the Industrial Engineering department to ensure all IE systems and procedures are properly implemented.
Guide and supervise IE Managers, Executives, and Officers to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of Operation Bulletins (OB) for all production styles.
Review and approve operation breakdowns, SMV, machine allocation, and manpower planning before production.
Monitor factory line efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization and ensure reports related to them.
Ensure corrective actions are taken to address productivity gaps and bottlenecks.
Ensure proper line balancing and workflow optimization across sewing lines.
Monitor production performance and ensure the IE team supports production in resolving operational issues.
Ensure proper production floor layout planning for optimal workflow and space utilization.
Oversee capacity analysis to support production planning and order allocation.
Ensure accurate thread consumption calculations are prepared by the IE team.
Monitor usage to support cost control and material planning.
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction.
Lead productivity improvement and cost optimization projects.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Quality departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Develop and strengthen the IE team through guidance, training, and performance management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 15 years
