Job Description / Responsibility

Having experience in RHD / LGED projects.
Conduct engineering surveys for the selected roads and other structures including Box girder and PC girder bridges etc.
Provide inputs into the design process prepare the Bill of Quantities as per the final design drawings and calculate the final quantities.
Having experience in piling work.
Assess the work activities for which labour-based construction methods are appropriate and for those sections for which heavy machinery is appropriate, establish a cost estimate for the rehabilitation and construction works for roads & bridges.
Make any necessary changes to the design drawings as per the site conditions.
Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards.
Review the contractor`s work programmers, resource, schedule and project implementation plans and ensure that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame.
Assess and evaluate the contractor`s performance and resources.
Liaison with governmental organizations on any issue that arises.
Any other job as per management`s requirement.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Age At least 33 years
Only Male
B.Sc at least 12-14 year(s).
Diploma at least 15-18 year(s).
Public University graduates shall be preferred.
The applicants should have experience in related field and position.
Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.
