Senior Officer/ Officer - Lean & QMS

Job Description / Responsibility

Lean Transformation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, and SMED) to minimize non-value-added activities.
QMS Governance: Develop, maintain, and audit the QMS framework to ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and other statutory requirements.
Performance Analytics: Define and monitor productivity KPIs; use statistical analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
Audit Management: Act as a lead for internal audits and the primary coordinator for external/third-party certification audits.
Corrective Action: Drive the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process to ensure quality lapses are systematically eliminated.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (IE) or Operations Management from a reputable university.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Experience: 2–4 years of specialized experience in Lean and QMS roles within a manufacturing setup.
Technical Certifications:
Six Sigma: Green Belt required (Black Belt strongly preferred).
QMS: Certified Lead/Internal Auditor in ISO 9001.
Soft Skills: A "boots-on-the-ground" mentality with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
