Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain and grip Banking, Finance, Accounts, Costing & Budgeting, and Commercial activities independently;
- Maintain books of accounts in ERP software, prepare financial statements (monthly/yearly) as per IAS/IFRS, submit to the Management within the time frame with analytical reports;
- Ensure internal control in all areas of business and financial operations;
- Follow-up production, billing against each order with collection;
- Ensure to handle tax and VAT issues;
- Supervise inventory management and ensure proper record keeping with reporting;
- Monitoring of local procurement;
- Follow-up job order pre & post costing and submission to management for decision;
- Prepare a monthly budget based on production capacity and run financial and commercial operations in accordance with the budget, including L/C for raw materials, customs clearance, acceptance and loan creation and settlement;
- Closely monitor accounts receivable daily and ensure collection against receivable and arrange payment to ensure smooth business operation as per the budget;
- Ensure proper cash and bank transactions, record keeping and reconciliation before preparing any report;
- Ensure proper documentation of service and subcontract goods movement;
- Lead, direct, monitor, appraise, and train the subordinates of the Accounts & Finance, Costing Department;
- Collaborate with senior management team on organizational planning and decision-making;
- Co-operate the external auditors to accomplish audit of annual financial statements;
Educational Requirements
- Master of Commerce (MCom)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- M.Com./MBA in Finance/Accounting from a reputed University
- CA/CMA is mandatory

- At least 15 years

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- The incumbent should have at least 8 years of working experience in the Garments, Accessories, Textile Industry.
- The candidate should have the ability to run the financial operations of the company independently.
- Good interpersonal, communication skill, teamwork is essential.
- Energetic, confident and proactive.
- Positive work ethics and a focus on results are required for assigned responsibilities.
- Capable of handling TAX, VAT, Bond, Custom, and relevant factory compliance issues.
