Job Description / Responsibility

Build and maintain complex project finance models for telecom fiber rollouts and data center projects
Conduct DCF, IRR, NPV, and investment feasibility analyses
Perform “Build vs Buy” and “Lease vs Buy” evaluations for infrastructure decisions
Develop business cases and project profiles for local and international financing
Prepare financial models for banking and investor communications
Support ESG reporting and investor presentations with financial insights
Track KPIs such as ARPU, PUE, and cost variances for active projects
Identify financial risks and provide early warning signals for cost overruns

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, ISP
