Job Description / Responsibility
  • Managed buyer accounts and maintained strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinated daily order processing, Proforma Invoice (PI) management, and delivery schedule updates.
  • Monitored order-wise production progress and ensured timely execution and delivery.
  • Followed up on payment collections through FDD, TT, LC, and Cash payment methods.
  • Coordinated bank maturity and customer acceptance processes to ensure smooth transaction completion.
  • Executed and monitored overseas shipment activities in compliance with customer requirements.
  • Prepared and submitted daily and weekly reports to management and buyers.
  • Maintained finished goods inventory records and monitored stock availability.
  • Followed up on new product development activities and coordinated with relevant departments.
  • Managed and maintained customer, sales, and operational data within the ERP system.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Preferred: Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within a product-based or service-based company.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 6 years
