Job Description / Responsibility

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries courteously and professionally.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, order confirmations, and customer support.
Respond to customer messages on social media and other digital channels.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or internal systems.
Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of customer issues.
Meet daily performance targets and quality standards.
Assist in improving customer care processes.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, E-commerce, F-commerce
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Only Male
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to handle high call volume with professionalism.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, WhatsApp).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior call center experience is desirable.
