Job Description / Responsibility
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Open customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer`s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Visit customers and maintain good business relationship to ensure timely recovery of debts.
- Implement and maintain a set of comprehensive Credit Risk Policies and Procedures.
- Other duties as delegated from time to time by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Graduate/Masters from any reputed university (Major in Marketing/ Management/ Commerce Background are highly preferable)
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories
