Job Description / Responsibility

Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other official documents.
Handle litigation cases, NI and Artha Rin Adalat Cases, liaise with external legal counsel, and represent the company in court or regulatory hearings when required.
Support management in legal aspects of loan recovery, asset management, and regulatory affairs.
Maintain legal records, case files, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the financial sector.
Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Master of Law (LLM)

Experience Requirements

5 to 9 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing
