Job Description / Responsibility

- Workplace: Work at office with flexible work-from-home arrangements when required.
- Job Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for BDTax services.
- Generate sales leads through personal and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Promote tax filing, tax consultancy, and compliance services to salaried professionals, NRBs, SME owners, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide basic guidance to clients regarding tax filing and related services.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on sales activities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP)

Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in banking, insurance, fintech, financial services, tax consultancy, or related sectors.
- Experience in selling professional services or financial products will receive preference.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong customer base and professional network.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Experience in multinational companies or reputed local organizations will be preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
