Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare invoice, packing list,
B/L ect. for export of goods.
Communicate with freight forwarder, C&F agent.
Negotiate Export Documents with bank.
Handle Export Documents, Cash Incentive documents , EPB Documents etc.
Overseeing the entire business cycle of production inputs and outputs.
Sourcing raw materials (Jute Stick) efficiently.
Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and transport vendors.
Manage all import/export documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance for international shipments.
Banking Operations: Open, track, and settle Letters of Credit (L/C), Bank Guarantees, and transport documents.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Master of Business Administration (MBA) / BBA
Preferred if have same kind of experience in an export company.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
