Job Description / Responsibility

Job Location: "Erectors House" 18 Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani C/A, Dhaka 1213 (but posting maybe transferable to other companies within the group)
Job Responsibilities
Travel Agency Accounts related.
To prepare Invoice/Bill/Dues Statement & to be served to the Clients.
To prepare Tax & VAT documents as per NBR requirements.
To maintain IATA related all functions.
To perform daily banking independently, monthly Received & Payment Statement, bank reconciliation, Source Tax Deduction & Deposit to Bank.

Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent

Additional Job Requirements

Technical / Professional Requirements
Ability to generate various Financial Reports, good knowledge on Banking servicing & IATA related service.
Software handling knowledge must like Galileo, Amadeus.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years in full time accounts work with IATA approved Agency.
Additional Job Requirements
Computer skill must.
