Job Description / Responsibility

Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions;
Posting All Purchase, Sales & Expenses through Accounting Software; Tally ERP;
File supporting documents for every transaction, ensuring that they are complete and organized;
Check & verify sales invoice, Petty bills & Emergency local purchase, TA/DA Conveyance bill;
Maintain all bank Accounts & Suppliers Ledger through accounting software;
Ensure proper Bank reconciliation, Account payable, & Account Receivable Reconciliation;
Prepare Tax Challan & Mushak Challan;
Preparing & Calculating Withholding tax Return-75A;
Prepare Mushak 6.6 & Certificate of Deduction of Tax;
Statement regarding filing of return of employees 108-A;
Update Monthly Collection Monitoring System (CMS) Tax Deduction at source;
Monthly TDS, VDS, Salary Tax preparation and submission;
Day to day all accounts transaction records in software (Tally- ERP 9);
Any other jobs as and when required to be performed as per the instructions from the management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Information System·
M. Com Major in Accounting with CA (CC) course completed or knowledge level

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
