Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and bank reconciliation statements.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Monitor project-related expenses and maintain project-wise cost records.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain cash flow records and support budget monitoring.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients, and auditors as required.
Prepare VAT and Tax-related documents and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory-related financial records.
Support the Finance & Accounts Manager in audits and financial analysis.
Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Solar Energy, NGO, Development Agency

Additional Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Familiarity with VAT, Tax, and Bangladesh Financial Regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
