Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: "Ahead Solar Limited is at the forefront of transforming the renewable energy and EV sectors in Bangladesh. We are specialists in solar and solar energy storage. Through our groundbreaking initiative `Palash Charging Station,` we provide 100% solar-charged lithium-ion batteries to Easybike and Mishuk drivers on a daily rental basis. Furthermore, we specialize in advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to drive sustainable and efficient energy solutions. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accountant to join our dynamic team and manage our daily financial operations across these innovative projects."
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date daily cash books, general ledgers, and accounts receivable/payable.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial statements, expense reports, and revenue summaries for the management team.
Accurately track, record, and reconcile daily battery rental collections from our dealers and drivers across various locations.
Manage daily office petty cash, process vendor payments, and assist with employee payroll preparation.
Handle banking transactions, deposits, and monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented with invoices/receipts and comply with standard accounting principles.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

High proficiency in MS Excel
Familiarity with accounting software
Strong numerical proficiency and a sharp eye for detail.
High level of honesty, integrity, and professional accountability.
