Job Description / Responsibility

Company Overview
Marble Di Carrara (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a competent, sincere, and hardworking individual for the position of Account Officer. It is one of the leading Marble and granite manufacturing concern in Bangladesh. From our inception since 1984, we have been delivering high quality products to our customers for which we have become one of the foremost natural stone manufacturing company in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting activities and financial records.
Handle bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, vouchers, and journal entries.
Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly financial reports.
Maintain cash flow statements and bank reconciliation.
Sound knowledge of VAT, Tax, and related compliance matters.
Assist in preparing financial statements and audit documents.
Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial papers.
Coordinate with management regarding financial matters and reporting.
Perform any other accounts-related duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Candidates with CA or ACCA (Partly completed) background will be given preference

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At most 35 years
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in accounts and finance-related work.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Honest, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude with professional behavior.
