Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintenance Solutions, a well-established Engineering Company, specializes in the import, marketing, and supply of Power Plant and Industrial Chemicals, Heat Exchanger cleaning systems, and technical solutions from internationally reputed brands such as Dynamic Descaler, Goodway Technologies (USA), Turbotect, Super Check, and other basic industrial chemicals.
- We regularly work with major national power and energy organizations including BPDB, APSCL, NWPGCL, RPCL, BIFPCL, BCIC, BCPCL, CPGCL, ERL, and others.
- We are currently seeking a Asst. Manager - (Commercial & Sales) who will be responsible for managing all commercial and tendering activities,
- Maintain effective communication and negotiation with international and local clients.
- Candidates with a strong background in industrial B2B sales, commercial operations, and power sector procurement are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Manage all activities related to import procedures, including LC opening, shipment tracking, and customs clearance.
- All aspects of commercial documentation, such as PI, LC, Bill of Entry and All Customs-related papers.
- Communicate fluently in English with international stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Handle commercial activities related to Power Plant Chemicals, including sourcing, price negotiation, and vendor communication.
- Identify and communicate with overseas suppliers to procure materials at competitive prices.
- Prior experience in dealing with power plants, government entities, and large-scale industrial clients will be considered as a strong advantage.
- Prepare and submit e-GP, Manual local and international tender documents following buyer requirements.
- Sourcing tender opportunities from different authorities Like BPDB, NWPGCL, RPCL, APSCL, BIFPCL, BCIC etc.
- Oversee office operations and team coordination related to commercial tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, market conditions, and price trends.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Engineering Firms, Importer, Power, Trading or Export/Import
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
- Strong command over spoken and written English is a must.
- Communicate fluently in English with international stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Must have experience in dealing with LC, Customs, VAT, TAX, and other import procedures and tender bidding.
- Manage all activities related to import procedures, including LC opening, shipment tracking, and customs clearance.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
