Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated professional for the position of Officer / Senior Officer – Core Marketing & Product Development. The candidate will be responsible for handling core marketing activities, market analysis, product development, branding, and business growth initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor the company’s core marketing strategies and activities.
Work on new product development and improvement of existing products.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer demand analysis.
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Support the sales team with marketing plans and promotional activities.
Develop branding and promotional campaigns to increase market presence.
Prepare marketing reports, product feedback reports, and business presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
Coordinate with internal departments for product planning and execution.
Regularly to evaluate product performance and customer feedback.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Restaurant

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience for Officer position.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience for Senior Officer position.
Strong knowledge of marketing, brand management,and product development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
