Job Description / Responsibility

DHAKATHAI ALCOMAXX PLC is leading Aluminium profile manufacturer in Bangladesh specializing in architectural and industrial applications. We are currently looking for experienced individual for the position of Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. The Role is tracking, reporting & performance analysis.
Key Job Responsibilities
Monitor and track sales employees' and surveyors' field activities, attendance, and performance.
Analyze sales reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance summaries.
Identify sales gaps, performance issues, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
Evaluate sales team KPIs and ensure target achievement.
Verify field reports, customer visits, and survey data accuracy.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, MIS reports, and performance scorecards.
Share actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and market coverage.
Monitor implementation of corrective actions and track improvement results.
Support management with data-driven decision-making and sales strategy development.
Ensure compliance with reporting procedures and company policies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, Dashboard, Lookup Functions).
Data visualization and reporting tools.
Knowledge of KPI measurement and performance management.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.
