We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional to join our leadership team as a General Manager (GM) and drive the brand’s operational and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee overall business operations, including Sales, Marketing, Production, Merchandising, Retail, Accounts, HR, and Administration.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Monitor operational performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Strengthen organizational processes, policies, and reporting systems.
Analyze sales performance, inventory management, and profitability to support business decisions.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners.
Prepare and present management reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance evaluations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Marketing, Fashion Management, Textile Engineering
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Marketing, Fashion Management, Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Online Retail Startup, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age 35 to 50 years
Only Male
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role is mandatory.
Experience in business operations, retail management, merchandising, production coordination, and team leadership will be highly preferred.
Candidates with experience working in Defence-related organizations, Defence personnel, or Defence-managed business environments will receive preference.
