Job Description / Responsibility

- ACI Motors Limited is one of the most growing concerns of ACI Limited. We have Agri Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Rice Transplanter & Water Pump), Automobiles (Yamaha Motorcycles), Infrastructural Equipment (Kobelco, Lovol, Case & Jungheinrich), Tire Solutions (CEAT), Lubricants (Yamalube & Liqui Moly), Commercial Vehicles (Foton & Mahindra), Renewable Energy (EcoFlow & GoodWe) & Diesel Generator (YorPower, Himoinsa & Wechai) etc. in our product line.
- To continue the business growth and sustainability, we are looking for suitable job incumbents who will actively participate in all credit recovery activities of respective portfolio.
- Job Responsibilities
- To assess proposed customers potentiality & ability to pay the installment on due time.
- To visit proposed customers’ office/ house to verify the declared establishment, reference, bank records, income sources, mortgage etc. for credit assessment.
- To prepare overall assessment report and comments on proposed customers.
- To take initiative to facilitate regular collection from credit customers.
- To reinforce action against overdue customers and ensure recovery with proper planning.
- To liaise with law enforcement authorities related to credit recovery or capture the products.
- To liaise with Head Office credit management & sales team daily.
- To prepare daily/ monthly report on collection, customers’ outstanding and other activities.
- To ensure confidentiality on credit management of the company and its documents.
- To do any other tasks assigned by the supervisor time to time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum graduation in any discipline.
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for retired defense personnel (Junior Commissioned Officers or Equivalent)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 24 to 36 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Recovery and/or NGO Micro-credit Operations will be considered an advantage.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
