Job Description / Responsibility

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
Generate sales leads through direct marketing, networking and digital platforms.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations and site visits.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely conversion of leads into sales.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service and documentation.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Brand Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Real Estate experience preferred).
