Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (HORECA & B2B) to lead business development and sales activities for premium international brands including MONIN (Beverage Solutions), IREKS (Artisan Bakery Ingredients), PreGel (Gelato Ice Cream), TASTO (Balsamic Vinegar), SABATINO (Truffle oil & Paste), KULA (100% Natural Juice), ROCKET (Italian Coffee Machines & Grinder), Blendtec Blender-USA, Coffee beans and other café, bakery, and restaurant equipment.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Lead and manage business relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, corporate clients, and B2B partners.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the HORECA, institutional, and corporate sectors.
Conduct high-level client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations to expand business partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to formulate effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, after-sales support, and customer service.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy financial relationships with customers.
Continuously evaluate sales performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity, profitability, and market penetration.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Candidates with an MBA in Marketing will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import
