Job Description / Responsibility

Handle client inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Respond to customer messages professionally and promptly.
Manage and maintain company social media platforms including Facebook page communication, post responses, and online lead handling.
Support digital and social media marketing activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Explain project details, apartment features, land share terms, pricing, and facilities to potential clients.
Arrange and attend client site visits for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested buyers and landowners.
Generate new leads through direct marketing, networking, and online platforms.
Coordinate with management regarding client feedback and sales updates.
Maintain client database and daily communication records.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and project presentations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Architecture
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Candidates with real estate marketing experience will get preference.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Market Research Firms, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Male
Real estate, Land share, Apartment sales, Digital marketing or related sectors preferred.
