Job Description / Responsibility
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to recruit international students for Australian and New Zealand education providers.
- Generate high-quality student leads through digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging marketing content, including videos, graphics, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Maintain and update the company’s website, social media channels, and online marketing assets.
- Conduct market research to identify new recruitment opportunities and emerging student markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, educational institutions, and business partners.
- Support education fairs, webinars, seminars, and promotional events both online and offline.
- Collaborate with admissions and student counselling teams to ensure effective lead nurturing and student conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and marketing activities within the company CRM.
- Stay informed about changes in international education, student visa regulations, and market trends.

Additional Job Requirements

- Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Education, or a related field.Experience working with Australian or New Zealand education providers.Knowledge of Australian student visa processes and international student recruitment practices.Experience creating AI-generated marketing content, videos, and promotional campaigns.
