Job Description / Responsibility

Check and verify the quality of raw materials before they are used in production.
Monitor in-process production to ensure that quality standards are maintained at every stage.
Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Ensure that all tests are carried out in accordance with approved specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Regularly observe and monitor production activities to confirm compliance with established quality requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality control tests, and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and inspection reports as required.
Identify and record any deviations, non-conformities, or out-of-specification (OOS) results, and report them appropriately.
Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
Follow all internal quality policies and procedures in daily operations.
Support internal and external audit activities, and carry out in-process quality checks and line clearance when needed.
Work closely with the production and QA teams to address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Ensure that all quality control instruments are properly calibrated, maintained, and ready for use.
Collect, label, and store samples correctly, and maintain retention samples in line with company policy.
Perform any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or line manager.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
