Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and supervise all retail branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Oversee stock and inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing operational losses.
Lead, train, motivate, and manage branch teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
Develop branding and marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning and increase customer engagement.
Execute promotional campaigns, retail marketing activities, and sales activation programs.
Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a consistent customer experience across all branches.
Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
Analyze sales, inventory, marketing, and operational reports and recommend improvement strategies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Super store, Retail Store

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Retail Operations, Branch Management, or similar leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, branding, marketing execution, inventory control, and sales development.
Excellent leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
Ability to work independently and achieve business goals under pressure.
