Job Description / Responsibility

Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in selecting suitable electronic products.
Explain product features, specifications, prices, warranties, and promotional offers to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
Maintain proper product display and showroom appearance.
Generate sales invoices and maintain sales-related records.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
Assist in inventory management and stock verification activities.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales events.
Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

SSC
HSC
Bachelor/Honors
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant sales experience and professional training in retail sales, customer service, or showroom operations.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Shop/Showroom, Shopping mall
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, POS software).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
