Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
Plan, manage, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Create and implement brand awareness and promotional activities.
Manage social media platforms, digital advertising campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, agencies, and vendors.
Prepare marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing resources.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.
Organize events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
Monitor customer feedback and market responses to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
Lead and mentor junior marketing team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
Ensure all marketing activities align with company branding guidelines and business objectives.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop

Age 25 to 45 years

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and brand management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
