Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
Facilitate property visits and ensure exceptional client experiences
Oversee due recovery processes (quarterly/half-yearly/yearly) and ensure timely cheque realization
Drive new customer acquisition and ensure long-term client retention
Promote the company’s brand and uphold its premium image in market

Experience Requirements

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup, Resort

Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Strong understanding of the local property market, pricing, and legal procedures.
Capable of working under pressure and achieving monthly sales targets.
