Job Description / Responsibility

Global Star Ltd. is looking for dynamic, confident, and English-proficient professionals to support our international business development activities. The selected candidates will be responsible for collecting international leads, communicating with overseas companies, presenting workforce supply solutions, and building long-term business relationships with foreign clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and collect potential international client leads.
Communicate with overseas companies via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
Introduce and promote Bangladesh workforce supply services to international employers.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain CRM records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and employers.
Assist management in achieving international business development targets.

Educational Requirements

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 40 years
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Candidates who are not fluent in English should not apply
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong email writing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Experience in international marketing, business development, lead generation, or client communication will be preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work with international clients.
