Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are seeking talented, self-motivated and result-oriented sales professionals eager to contribute to our mission and drive our organizational vision forward.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Prepare and implement the strategic plan to ensure sales growth.
Visit distributor points regularly in order to check stock with software.
Monitor competitors’ activities and report to management.
Work closely with Sales Officers in the market.
Find out outlets and markets that are out of coverage and ensure 100% coverage in the territory.
Discover sales opportunities through consumer and customer research.
Prepare sales reports and submit to the management.
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team fostering a culture of accountability and selling excellence.

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG)
